Baby Girl’s New Ride Has Arrived! The UppaBaby Vista!
Yesterday, the lovely UPS man came and dropped off a giant box (I already knew it was coming since I stalked the tracking number from Zulily). The box was way heavier than I thought it would be…trying to lift it on my own didn’t work. I ended up messing up a finger nail in the process, and no I’m not talking like breaking a nail. I had tried to pick up the box through the little hand holes which broke from the weight, snagging my nail and bending it back halfway down the nail. Ugh…it hurt. But I was able to shove the box through the door and patiently waited for Hubby to get home to help open it.
Let the unpacking begin…it was like Christmas! 🙂
The UppaBaby Vista comes with a lot of extras (for the price, it darn well better, lol!) In addition to the toddler/regular stroller seat, you get a bassinet for babies up to 6 months (pic below). We also go two bug nets (one for the bassinet and one for the toddler seat), and a rain shield. It’s really sturdy, turns on a time, folds and pops up super easy, and you can pop in the bassinet or the toddler seat super easily.
I’ll have to do an official review once Baby Girl gets here…we tried pushing our smaller pug around last night in the house but he wanted nothing to do with it. Ha!
