Time Flies When You’re Four Months Old
I honestly can’t believe that little Mabel turned 4 months old a few days ago (June 14th). Where has time been going? It seems just like yesterday that she had her pudgy newborn face with smooshed features. And look at her now. She’s turning into a little lady. : ) The photo above makes me smile and I was so lucky to capture the look of pure happiness on her face. Life is pretty easy for a baby!
Over the past few months, I have taken a photo on each day that she’s officially a month older. This is an idea that I got from a bunch of photos I saw on Pinterest (Famille Summerbelle to be exact!)…tracking a baby’s growth throughout his/her first year. I’m hoping that by the time she’s one, I can compile them into a large picture to show her growth month by month. I’m trying my hardest to capture all of those moments that I don’t ever want to forget.

It’s just crazy how quickly babies grow! I have this sneaking suspicion that time is only going to go by faster and faster…

It goes SO fast! And you are right, it only goes faster. My babies are 6 and 4!! It seems like yesterday I brought my 6 year old home from the hospital and was overwhelmed with a feeling of “OMG, what do I do with him NOW?”

Your baby is absolutely adorable! She has so much hair! My little girl is 1 and has about a third of the hair your little one has. It’s so cute on her!
Where did you get the blocks? I would want to do something like that with my second baby
