Mabel’s Weekend Throwback Style
Before Mabel was born, my mother sent me a ton of my old clothes from when I was a baby. My husband was excited about this…he is still in love with the 80s and was bound an determined to have Mabel wear the vintage clothes. Only problem is: we forgot we had them since we bought so many new clothes for her.
But, I remembered the outfits this weekend!
Sad to say, most don’t fit her anymore..but there are still a handful of outfits that do. Lucky for Mabel I took photos! This way I can prove that we once wore they very same outfit and of course…to be that mom. You know, the mom that whips out all the embarrassing baby photos to show Mabel’s future husband when she brings him to meet me for the first time.
Haha, just wait Mabel…I got you covered! 😉

Do you dress your little ones in your or their father’s outfits from back in the day?
Cute! I have 2 boys so I didn’t get to do this…with the exception of the coming home outfit. I took my boys home from the hospital in the same outfit me and my brothers were brought home in.
Aw, that’s sweet that you all were able to share the same coming home outfit. 🙂 Do you plan on trying for a girl? 😉

This is awesome! My mom had given me a bunch of my clothes from when I was a baby for my first born and I definitely was so cute! I plan on to save some of kids clothes so then I can pass it on to them and have their kids wear it!
