Peanuts

peanuts

This is what my child did this morning…

Took all the peanuts and other nut jars out of my father’s pantry and lined them up on the desk in the kitchen.
Whatever floats your boat…or at least keeps her in a happy mood.

Mabel has been a bit of a grump lately and I’m beginning to wonder if she’s ready to get back ‘home‘.  But what she doesn’t know yet, is that after almost a month and a half at Grandpa’s house is that she isn’t going to the home she remembers.

Way to throw her through another loop.

Anyway…we leave on Monday for Sumter, South Carolina and boy am I ready to stop sleeping on an air mattress.

BUT before we get to move into our house, we’ll be spending 4 1/2 days in a hotel room.
With myself.
My husband.
Mabel.
And 2 pugs.

Good times.

I just want my kitchen back!  I have had nothing but takeout for almost a month and I just feel gross.

I also have to hope the movers didn’t lose any of our things or break anything since our stuff has been in storage for a month and a half.  That’s a scary thought.

Stay tuned…

My son is in the throes of a cross country move from SC to IL! Try to look at it as an adventure! We, as a family, moved 13 times! Great memories!
