Flap Happy Review and Giveaway (CLOSED)!

Mabel was lucky enough to receive some goodies in the mail the other day and as a momma, I’m in love with these items.  What are they?  Well, let me show you:
Flap Happy Sun Hat
Tickled Pink Floppy Hat
Flap Happy Swimsuit with built-in Swim Diaper
Front View – Mod Fish Print
Back View – Super Cute Ruffles and Bow!
They are super adorable and I can’t wait to show you pics of her modeling them once the weather gets a tad warmer.  We live close to the Atlantic Ocean so Mabel will be getting a lot of use out of the hat and swimsuit!
But back to why I love them!  Flap Happy is a great company that is based in California and all of their items are produced right here in the U.S.!  You ladies know how big of a supporter I am of U.S. based companies and this already puts Flap Happy way up there on my list!  I was really impressed with the quality of the hat and swimsuit too.  I’m a stickler when it comes to inspecting things and the seams are sewn nicely and the material feels sturdy and of top quality.  Flap Happy makes hats and clothing for both girls and boys…and they don’t just make summer items…they have super warm hats for colder weather called Wee Winter Woolies.
Another reason why I love Flap Happy is that their hats and other clothing items are available in UPF 50+ fabrics (non-chemically treated too!).  It’s so important to keep your baby’s skin protected from the sun so I’m glad to put Mabel in clothing with added protection!  Their hats are wide brimmed to keep sun out of your little one’s eyes and off of their face and necks…not to mention they are very cute!Lastly, everything at Flap Happy is very affordable.  My momma budget loves this!  Great quality at great prices!

*Now just stay tuned for my review post with pictures of Mabel sporting her new bathing suit and floppy hat!*

But before I get to the giveaway I want to let you all know that you can get 10% off your order just by ‘liking’ them on Facebook or following them on Twitter.  🙂

I'd choose the Peace Bubbles Print Floppy Hat because it's gender neutral (so it could be worn by all future children), provides a ton of protection from the sun, and is super cute!

these hats are super cute! So many designs to choose from. I would love the Reversible Ruffle Hat, Mod Fish Print in size Large for my husband's granddaughter in Guatemala-because the sunshine there is so much stronger than here in Maine, the SPF 50 protection is a big plus and the design/fabric used is adorable.

I would definitely pick the floppy hat in yellow. My baby is due the first week in August, and my husband and I don't know what we are having (we're waiting until the birth, which will be at a birthing center near by). The color is neutral and bright, and the style is so adorable. I would love to see my future baby in that hat, for sure! We also live on the east coast near the water, so our baby will be no stranger to the ocean, either. =)

These hats are so awesome. I don't have any kids of my own but am a dedicated nanny to an adorable 6 month old. I take her to the park all the time – she is a little baldy so she definitely needs a hat most days because we live in California and the sun is out most of the time (so horrible I know 😉

I would love to get the white eyelet hat for her because I think it would be so cute on her little round head with her blue eyes!

    Thanks for doing this giveaway!
