Simple Tuna Melt Sandwich

  • 2 cans of Wild Selections Tuna in Water
  • 2 tablespoons on mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sweet relish
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of bread
  • butter
  • salt + pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, relish (you can adjust amounts of mayonnaise and relish depending on your preference), salt and pepper.
  2. Heat small nonstick pan on medium heat.
  3. Butter one side of bread and place onto pan.
  4. Add half of the tuna melt mixture to the slice of break in the pan, add slice of cheddar cheese, and then top with another slice of buttered bread.
  5. When the bottom slide of bread is nice and golden, gently flip sandwich over to toast the other side until fully toasted.
  6. Repeat for second sandwich.
