Having Fun With Some New Frames
I’ve been living in my current glasses for almost three years now and my frames have survived multiple drops, scrapes and being chewed on by one of the pugs. It’s safe to say that I’m in need of a new look!
I’d been hearing a lot lately about Warby Parker glasses and their free in home trial so I figured what did I have to lose? Basically, I went onto their site…picked 5 frames I wanted to try and they sent them to me to try out for 5 days. No pressure from anyone and it was absolutely free. When the 5 days were up, I repacked the glasses, put them in a UPS drop box and that was all! The pairs they sent are trial glasses only with non-prescription lenses in them so whatever glasses I decide on I just have to go onto their website and order the pair. If you don’t love them, you don’t have to buy anything! For $95 (which is a great price from what I’ve paid for previous pairs) you get the frames and your prescription lenses in them.
And I almost forgot…for every pair you buy, a person in need gets a free pair. 🙂 That makes me feel pretty darn good!
As you can probably tell, I had a lot of fun trying them on and showing them off to my family. Hubby said he liked all of them…which I’m now question his judgement, lol! But if you’re in need of some new glasses, you should think about trying Warby Parker out!

I’m so glad you tried them…I heard about them on NPR and I’ve been wanting to try them as soon as I get my new Rx. I think the “Finn” & “Linwoods” look cute! Glad you had a good experience!

I also like the Finn and Linwoods the best but you honestly look good in them all! I wish I could sport glasses as easily as you can! I never wear mine in public unless I absolutely have to – which isn’t often! 🙂

I have to agree with Kim and Kristie above^… I like the Finn and Linwoods on you! Not crazy about the first two pair, the Nedwin or Marshall. That is awesome that for each pair purchased, they donate a pair to someone in need! 🙂
Pair #1 is my favorite! They look great on you!
my two favorites are 1 and 4, I think they give off a more mature vibe 🙂 whereas 5 doesn’t lol if funny you thought of The Christmas Story, love that movie!!
I like #1 – Nedwin. My second choice would be #4 – Linwood. Both are very attractive on you : )

What a great idea! I have always wanted to buy glasses online – but am always afraid of what they would actually look like in person!
I like 1&4. They both really stand out from the rest!
