Hello Pello!
Millie looks pretty darn happy, doesn’t she? Who wouldn’t be lying on minky fabric?! 🙂
Shortly before Millie arrived, the wonderful folks over at Pello sent us over one to try out. I was first really impressed with the quality of the fabrics and the construction (remember I used to have an Etsy shop making quits so I know what I’m talking about! 😉 ). Everything was just solidly made and both sides are useable (there is a soft side and a cotton fabric side). AND the most awesome thing about it is that all pellos are MADE IN THE USA! I was over the moon about that!
Now that Millie has joined us, we’ve been getting a lot of use out of it! It’s been great as a place for her to relax when I can’t holding her and I really like that the sides are slightly elevated so she can see what’s going on around her. She’s still not a huge fan of tummy time, but the raised sides are also perfect for supporting her while we’re working on it.
Being that she’s a bigger baby, I was also pretty happy that the Pello accommodated her size! There’s actually no weight/age limit so I don’t have to worry about her growing out of it quickly, I mean honestly the last thing you want to do is spend more money on baby items only to have your little one not be able to use it as soon as you blink.
And when I mean no weight/age limit…I mean it:
Not only is our Pello used by Millie…Mabel has also claimed it as hers. She lounges in it on the cotton fabric side (gorgeous chevron pattern!!!) while reading, watching tv, and playing ABCMouse on the iPad.
There are also two big handles on the side to help easily move the Pello…and Mabel has made use out of those by dragging it from room to room. Normally that would stress me out but the Pello is easily machine washed so I can relax. 😉

This product looks awesome! I would choose the lemonade style, gotta go with gender neutral since Mabel likes it. My 2 year old son may want to lay on it as well as my sweet one month old baby girl!
I like your pattern but didn’t see it on the site– my other choice is Tweet Tangerine.

I love this! Looks like another gadget that we would get a lot of use out of. I absolutely love the Paris Pink pattern and thinks it’s nice that the patterns look like they could be incorporated into our everyday household not just another baby item taking up space in the house!
