While we were in Pigeon Forge we were offered the chance to visit the Hollywood Wax Museum and it was an offer I couldn’t refuse! I figured it would be a great opportunity to have some family fun with the husband along with a few laughs and some funny photos too!
This is what we saw when we pulled up:
Probably one of the most interesting buildings I’ve ever seen, lol! Honestly, you can’t miss this place when you’re driving down the main road…I mean who doesn’t notice the Great Ape on the top of the building?
Upon walking in the door we were greeted by the employees and were given the option to have our photo taken with the Great Ape…why not?
We might have had a little too much fun with it. 😉
Then after the photo we entered the actual wax museum which we walked through at our leisure. What I loved the most is that the figures were meant to be interactive…like I could touch them, pose with them, and some of the figures even had a set that encouraged me to be a part of the scene!
And my husband even let me take some photos of him…
It was a pretty fun afternoon where we are able to be goofy and not worry about making fools of ourselves…plus I got a lot of silly photos from the whole experience. 🙂
So if you’re looking for things to do in Pigeon Forge, I highly suggest finding your way to the Hollywood Max Museum! And if you’ve already been before, it’s worth taking another visit since they are always changing out exhibits and creating new ones!
