Today’s post is a collaborative post with The Children’s Place!
Preschool has officially been underway for two weeks and Mabel has been loving it! And of course I’m loving it because she’s been having so much fun!
All moms know that when school starts, it also means the addition of some cute new clothes for your little ones. I love scoring some great deals when it comes to Mabel’s clothes (because spending too much is overrated since little kids just grow way too quickly!) but of course I want quality and fashionable clothing too! The Children’s Place has always been a store that I’ve been able to visit, fall in love with their styles, and trust that they will hold up well…so when I saw their Back-To-School selection, I decided to add a handful of pieces to Miss Mabel’s school wardrobe!
Mabel is the queen of graphic tees and I personally love them since I think her personality shines through when she wears them. I of course had to grab the one with the pug since she told me it looks like our dog, Bruce. I then completed her look with knit denim jeggings (they are super soft and comfy!), navy sparkle sneakers that can be paired with almost everything and of course a big hair bow (it’s a necessity since we live in the South, lol!). 😉 No one will forget this little gal!
If you’re curious about some of our other finds, I was thrilled to pick up some glitter jeggings (in several different colors because she loves sparkles!), leggings with metallic dots plus a pair with metallic stars, long and short sleeve graphic tees with cute prints ranging from positive slogans to adorable animals, and a few pairs of shoes (one pair being an amazing pair of boots that I wish would fit me!).
And to top everything off…The Children’s Place has a special promotion going on with Shutterfly! Short and sweet = get $20 off a $20 or more purchase at Shutterfly (*all the details are listed at the bottom of this post). If school hasn’t started for your little one (or even if it has!), they have cute little signs that are free to print off for your first day of school photos. Too cute! After listing the career choices, Mabel chose Artist. 🙂 There are blank ones so your kiddo can come up with his/her own idea too.
So get your cameras ready and snap as many photos as your little one will let you take!
