Meet Lily Jade – The Perfect Diaper Bag
Okay ladies…so I don’t claim to be a fashion blogger but I tried my hand at some photos (well I had my husband take photos which we kind of failed at…but you have to be able to laugh at yourself!) to introduce you to my newest diaper bag which I’m in love with! That gorgeous bag in the photo above is the Caroline Bag in Brandy from Lily Jade.
The awesome people at Lily Jade sent me this bag to review/test out and I was not disappointed! When it arrived, it was secured nicely in a little protective purse cover and the smell of real leather greeted me as I pulled it out of the box. Yes, I said real leather…that means it’s going to last and hold up through mommy/baby wear and tear! The pop of red fabric in the bag’s interior was a fun surprise and I really liked that I found I could use the shoulder straps or the detachable cross-body strap that was included (this will come in handy when I babywear Baby #2 and I still need to bring my diaper bag).
Now I have to say I haven’t gotten to use the full extent of the features of this bag yet. Inside the bag is the ‘Baby Bag Organizer‘ (included with the bag) which helps to easily figure out where to store all of your baby necessities….along with a changing pad!
So right now I’ve been using the bag as a regular handbag (plenty of room for my stuff and Mabel’s items), which is awesome since when investing in something, I know it’s great to be able to have multiple uses! Once Baby #2 gets here, this bag will transform into my diaper bag…and I will admit I’m a huge fan that none of the Lily Jade bags scream ‘baby‘. And by that I mean that it goes with everything, can be paired with multiple outfits, and is fashion forward. That also translates to not having to switch out my purse if I want to go out without kids…huge bonus!
I also plan on making my YouTube return in the next few weeks and there will be a ‘What’s in my Diaper Bag’ vlog where I’ll go over all of these features…so stay tuned!
Now that’s the kinda diaper bag I need next time around. It’s big enough, but cute enough, too! And I don’t think Cory would mind holding it for me every now and then 😉 You’re gorgeous mama!
I know! It’s got plenty of space and super easy to get into (my bag with Mabel from another company wasn’t practical!) I wish Lily Jade had been around when I had Mabel! 🙂

Exactly! Leather is timeless and goes with everything…plus it just holds up really well! 😉 As for YouTube, I’m excited to make some videos again and I just hope I can stick with it!
