I’m pretty excited to introduce you all to Poncho Baby today. 🙂
Before I had Millie, I knew I wanted a nursing cover for when I was in public and I wasn’t thrilled with what I saw already on the market. Most covers didn’t look breathable, looked awkward, didn’t cover enough, or looked like they made it hard to see your baby…so I was thinking I was out of luck. Then Poncho Baby contacted me and wanted to let me try out their Organic Nursing Cover. Organic cotton sounded pretty good to me with the hot South Carolina summer on its way.
Well that’s obviously not me, but trying to take a photo of yourself wearing a nursing cover while nursing proved to be quite the challenge, lol!
Anyway this photo shows how relaxed the fit of the cover is and that it doesn’t cling to your or your baby’s body (which is the last thing you want when it’s hot!).
I received the color emerald and I loved how easy it has been to care for…just pop it into the washer on cold and tumble dry on low, and you’re ready to go! Also, there are other uses too so you get the most out of your money. We’ve used it as a car seat cover (keep those nosy strangers away, ha!) and it can also be used as a stroller cover too!
The second surprise that Poncho Baby sent my way was their Roly Blanket. It’s 100% cotton muslin, organic, super soft and folds up into a pouch that’s easy to fit into my diaper bag to use on the go.
It’s got four layers of fabric so it provides comfort for your little one on harder surfaces and it gives your baby a clean place to play when you aren’t quite keen on certain surfaces (like when your child wants to play on the airport floor when you’re waiting for a flight). And of course…it’s machine washable!
By the way…I completely didn’t mean to dress Millie the same color as the middle stripe on the blanket. Lol, let’s play a game of camouflage Millie on the blanket! 🙂
I’ve really enjoyed the quality Poncho Baby and actually plan on ordering some of their Reversible Bandana Bibs when Millie starts teething. And just like the other items I mentioned, they are organic and made in the USA.
