There is no taming her hair…
I’ll cut her a little slack since this was right after she woke up, lol! BUT her hair really has a mind of its own. Most of us only have one ‘swirl’ or ‘crown’ at the top/back of our heads where our hair naturally comes together…but Mabel has two (thanks to her Daddy). This poor little girl’s hair growth direction is to the front of her face…do you see how all her hair grows forward?
I can already hear her complaining when she’s a teenager about how she can’t do anything with her hair.
But I’m jealous…her hair is getting thicker and I can already tell that despite her double crowns, she’s going to have really nice hair. The exact opposite of my flat hair.
On a side note, if you have a baby with crazy hair…detangler has been a miracle product for Miss Mabel:
It’s the only thing that will get out her ‘mini dreads’ on the back of her head from after a nap and the only thing that helps me to control her hair long enough to get it into a ponytail. 😉
Do you have a kiddo with crazy hair? 🙂

My 3 year old daughter has the same problem and to make matters worse she also has naturally curly hair thanks to my husband. Spray in hair detangler has been my friend for a few years now too!
Oh my goodness, I love it!!! What a little cutie. I am so jealous of all her hair… craziness and all… my little 11 month old is still pretty bald.
On a positive note, she may be able to rock some awesome bangs with her hair growing forward like that!
