Need a super easy recipe for dinner that doesn’t require a lot of time, effort, or ingredients? Then this meal is for you!
I can’t believe in all of my 26 years that I’ve never made baked spaghetti before! But I finally made it this evening and the Hubby loved it, so it will go onto my recipe ‘keeper’ list. If you have little ones, I’m sure they’d enjoy this meal too.
Easy Baked Spaghetti
1 box of spaghetti noodles
1 bag of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (any brand/flavor will do)
OPTIONAL – 1 bag of shredded Parmesan cheese or 1 bottle of grated Parmesan cheese
*Preheat oven to 350
*Boil noodles and then drain
*Mix noodles with 1 jar of spaghetti sauce and a cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese
*Pour noodles/sauce/cheese mix into a greased 13×9 baking dish
*Top with shredded Mozzarella to your liking…I pretty much covered the whole dish since I LOVE cheese
*Put in the oven for 25 minutes
*OPTIONAL – Once out of the oven, sprinkle with shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
*Note* – when I try this recipe again, I think I’ll be adding some ground beef. 🙂 I think it would be really easy to brown a 1/2 pound of ground beef and add to the mix!

We loved baked spaghetti so much more than it being unbaked. My kids can’t eat enough of it.
🙂 I was really impressed with how easy it was! Hopefully when Mabel gets a little older, she’ll like it too!
Growing up I remember my mom always making a big thing of Spaghetti w/meat and all one night then a few nights later taking the leftovers and putting them all together with cheese and making Baked Spaghetti. Now with my kids I do the same thing and they Love it!
